The best way to start is to begin with a mild dose and gradually increase your dosage based on how you feel and your desired effects. An easy way to start is with a dropper (1mL) of CBD Oil, one CBD gummy or a grape-sized amount of CBD cream. From there, you can gradually adjust your dose depending on your results.

CBD can be used in the morning (generally in lower amounts) to clear your anxiety and boost your focus, or at night in larger amounts for relaxation, pain relief and a deeper sleep. One way to get both benefits of CBD is to take a small dose in the morning and a larger one before bed.

Another way is to just use your CBD as needed, re-dosing when you feel you need it.

Everyone responds differently to CBD depending on their own unique body composition.

Simply put, nobody has ever died from a CBD overdose. The fatal dose would require drinking dozens of entire bottles at once – which we definitely don’t recommend! Furthermore, the World Health Organization has declared CBD to be a safe, effective and non-addictive source of relief.

Generally, CBD oil can last up to 2 years if unopened. If opened, CBD Oil is best consumed within a year. 

CBD Balms, Gummies, Rollers and Pet Treats have a similiar shelf life of 1-2 years.

To preserve your CBD products, it’s best to keep them away from direct sunlight, air and heat and to consume them soon after purchasing. You may refrigerate them but that is often unnecessary as most people/pets will consume their entire product long before its expiration date.
