Terms and Conditions

1. We delivery only to Canadian addresses.
2. You must be at least 19 years old to purchase from CBDNorth/NorthWellness.
3. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice
4. We are not responsible for any lost orders due to: – error made by Canada Post or any other Shipping Carrier – incorrect addresses provided by the customer or unit number not provided – damage to package by postal service – expired PO BOX numbers – packages stolen after delivery.
5. Shipping for orders under $99 is $15.00. Shipping for orders over $99 is free countrywide.
6. All orders placed will be shipped the next business day.
7. Refunds minus cost of shipping may be given at our own discretion up to 30 days following purchase, if you are not satisfied with our product. Following that we may only offer store credit.
8. We will not replace your order if you choose a different product or flavour from the one you intended.

** Orders over $200 will be shipped with signature required. If you don’t want this, please leave us a note in your order or email us. Be advised, if you request to remove the signature requirement, then we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages.**
