I have insomnia so without the CBN it takes aprox 2 hrs to fall asleep. With the CBN it only takes aprox 20 min and i only take half the dose. It doesn't keep me asleep but when I wake up it's easy to fall back to sleep. No drowsiness in the morning. Love it. Would like to take it every night but don't want to build up a tolerance to it. Plus it is a bit expensive

I really enjoy the refreshing taste of these mints. Easy way to get my CBD. Excellent overall!

I have not had a good nights sleep in over a year. About 4-5 hrs. Wake up anxious about numerous things. I started taking 1 mint before bed and sleep soundly. Enough to worry that I wouldn’t hear a fire alarm! Anyway, going to try the gummies next. Wish I could tell you how my old dog likes the pet oil. He’s not talking at the moment.
