CBD Isolate only has one compound in it, Cannabidiol (CBD). Full-Spectrum CBD contains multiple cannabinoids in one formula. While CBD is amazing, these other cannabinoids may have their own unique health benefits which you may miss out on if you only have CBD. This is why we recommend most users to choose our Full-Spectrum CBD.
Is it true that Full-Spectrum CBD will contain some THC, as it comes from the natural, whole plant extraction of hemp. However, CBDNorth Full-Spectrum tinctures are formulated to ensure you don't experience any psychoactive effects whatsoever. Our Full-Spectrum oils only contains about 0.4% THC, a trace amount that is not enough to get you high. Furthermore, any effects of this small amount of THC would get cancelled out by the CBD (which naturally counteracts the psychoactive effects of THC).
There is no exact universal dose. Everyone responds differently to CBD, some needing less and some more. In general, we recommend starting with 0.5-1.0mL daily of CBD Oil and then adjusting based on how you feel. If you're feeling too relaxed, use less.
