CBD–Infused Christmas Cookies

Preparation

1) Split the vanilla bean, scrape out the seeds. Knead together with almonds, flour, sugar, salt, butter, egg yolks and about 3 droppers of CBDNorth Full-Spectrum Oil to form the dough. Be careful not to over-knead.

2) Cool the dough for about 2 hours in the freezer or 4 hours in the fridge.

3) Once the dough is firm, take it from the refrigerator, halve it, warm it slightly with your hands, and roll it out fairly thick on a lightly floured surface. 

4) Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

5) Cut out shapes with your choice of cookie cutters and place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6) Form the leftover dough into a ball again, roll it out, and cut out more cookies. Continue until all of your dough has been used then place them in the oven.

7) Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes. Careful! Watch your cookies while baking to prevent them from getting too dark.

8) When ready, remove from the oven and let cool completely. Then drizzle & decorate with your melted chocolate & frosting.
