The 1200mg Regular Strength bottle provides 10mg of CBN and 30mg of CBD plus 3mg of Melatonin per 1mL dose. The 2400mg Extra Strength provides 20mg of CBN and 60mg of CBD plus 10mg of Melatonin per 1mL dose. If you are new to CBN start with the lower dose and adjust based on how you feel.
