Who is Skylar Roth-Macdonald? He is an ultra-runner, on a mission to inspire others. Growing up in a small Alberta town, Skylar lost several of his friends to suicide. In his grief, he suffered from depression for many years. While it took time, Skylar was able face his struggles with mental health and to channel it into something positive.

Inspire A Nation

It was in the mountains that Skylar rediscovered himself with a new purpose – the challenge and triumph of ultra-running. He’d go on to create Miles For Smiles – a run across Canada to bring awareness to and raise funds for Mental Health Services.
