Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Organic Dried Hibiscus Petals
- 1 Handful Fresh Peppermint Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Organic Dried Lemon Balm
- Drizzle of Honey (added per serving)
- 500ml Liter of Water
- Your dose of CBD Oil
Instructions:
- Combine lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, honey, water and pepper in a blender; process until smooth- about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer into a large measuring cup. Discard what’s left in the strainer.
Pour your juice into the ice cube tray & add your daily dose of CBD Oil into each individual Ice cube slot.
Place them in the freezer for at least 1,5 hours.
To enjoy, place one ice cube in a large tea cup then fill the cup with boiling water. Let the ice cube melt & give it a good mix.
