An Effective Blend with Sleep-Promoting Ingredients
Almonds are a healthy food that promote better sleep. They are a great source of magnesium, protein, melatonin & tryptophan. All of which help promote relaxation & better sleep through their hormone regulating, muscle relaxing & hunger stilling properties.
Chamomile has been used in herbal medicine for centuries for its soothing, therapeutic properties. Whether you need help falling asleep at night, boosting your immune system, or reducing stress, chamomile can help.
Lavender Tea has been shown to have calming and relaxing properties. When you drink lavender tea, these compounds can have a soothing effect on the mind and body, which can help you fall asleep more easily and improve the quality of your sleep.
It’s also known to help reduce anxiety and stress, which are common causes of sleep disturbances. Even just the scent of lavender has been shown to have a calming effect on the nervous system.

1 Cup Almond milk
1 Tsp. Dried chamomile flowers
1 Ttsp. Dried lavender buds
A few drops of pure vanilla extract
Raw honey to taste
Optional: One drop of purple food colouring. Lavender doesn’t actually turn the milk purple. So if you want that beautiful purple coloring add some all natural food dye to your drink.
Note: You might want to have this about 1-2 hours before bed as it will get you feeling pretty relaxed and sleepy.
01 – Simmer almond milk with Chamomile flowers & Lavender buds.
02 – Add your vanilla extract.
03 – Simmer your milk just before boiling then remove from the heat.
04 – Next, strain your herbs and pour the milk into a mug.
05 – Add your evening dose of CBN Sleep Oil (start with 0.5-1mL if you aren’t sure) & sweeten with honey to your liking.
06 – Sprinkle with lavender.
07 – Enjoy! Have a good night’s sleep.
